30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kayali purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unopened and unused
• Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

Contact our customer service team at support@kayaliperfume.us with your order reference number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
